Expanded fiberglass fabric is made of high-temperature resistant and high-strength fiberglass yarns after texturizing treatment and then processed and manufactured by special technology. Expanded fiberglass fabric is a new type of fabric developed on the basis of continuous glass fiber flat filter cloth, the difference with continuous glass fiber filter cloth is that the weft yarn is made up of all or part of the expanded yarn, due to the fluffiness of the yarn, strong covering ability and good air permeability, thus it can improve the filtration efficiency and reduce the filtration resistance, and it has high efficiency of dust removal up to more than 99.5%, and the filtration speed is in the range of 0.6-0.8 meter/minute. Texturized yarn glass fiber cloth is mainly used in high temperature atmospheric dust removal and recovery of valuable industrial dust. For example: cement, carbon black, steel, metallurgy, lime kiln, thermal power generation and coal burning industries.
