— 1. Place a Beihai 3D Panoramic Laser Scanner upside down into the entrance of the
horizontal tank, set the correlation parameter of the controller, then the scanner will start 360-
degree scanning automatically. After scanning and collecting all the required data of the
horizontal tank, the scanner will stop and save all the measurement data automatically. All the
data will send to the cooperated PC (personal computer) immediately.

— 2. Access the measurement data via PC, create Point Cloud data, generate panoramic 3D
graph, then our Horizontal Tank Volumetric Measuring System will generate the capacity table to
meet the customers’ need.
