1. The manufacturing process of equipment and pipelines shall meet the following requirements:

2. The quality inspection of equipment and pipeline production process shall meet the following requirements:

②After the structural layer is made, the thickness, layer structure and appearance quality should be checked. 
3. After the equipment and pipes are made, items such as appearance, size, resin curing degree, resin content, mechanical properties and penetration resistance should be inspected, and should meet the following requirements: 
① The inner surface and outer surface should be smooth and smooth, and the color should be uniform; 
②The size, mechanical properties and anti-penetration properties shall meet the design requirements; 
③The resin content and allowable deviation should comply with the design regulations. When there is no design regulation, the resin content allowable deviation should be ±3% of the design value; 
④ After curing at room temperature, the Barcol hardness should not be lower than 80% of the Barcol hardness of the resin casting body used; after heating and curing, the Barcol hardness should not be lower than 85% of the Barcol hardness of the resin casting body used; 
4. When the allowable defects exceed the regulations, the equipment and pipelines should be repaired, and the repairs should meet the following regulations:
①The surface of the laminate in the defective area should be ground. After grinding, the surface should be smooth and rough, and should be cleaned up;
②The layup surface of the defective area should be painted with the same resin glue as the repaired layer, and should be lined with chopped strand mat to the design thickness;
③ The outermost layer of the repair of the inner lining should be lined with surface felt, and the same resin cover as the inner lining should be used;
④ After the repair of the structural layer is completed, the lining interval and surface treatment with the inner lining layer or the outer surface layer shall comply with the design requirements;
⑤ After the repair of the outer layer is completed, when there are burrs on the surface, it should be polished, and the resin without air polymerization should be painted.
