新型防弹

The protection system must find a balance between light weight and providing strength and safety, which may be a matter of life and death in a difficult environment. ExoTechnologies also focuses on the use of sustainable materials while providing the critical protection required for ballistic components. To meet these needs, ExoTechnologies has developed ExoProtect, a new type of bulletproof material that is easy to shape and made of DANU. DANU is a recyclable composite material that has also been used in ship hulls.
ExoProtect is made of sustainable fibers and styrene-free resin. The resistivity of DANU components is higher than that of stainless steel 316 and s-glass composite materials, and it is less fragile than carbon fiber, and it will not be affected by water like aramid fiber. Provides excellent protection against explosives, projectiles and fragments, and the composite material has vibration and corrosion resistance, and can be formed to meet the design and geometry of various vehicles from tactical ships to ground vehicles to military aircraft.

An independent laboratory tested the material and awarded ExoProtect bulletproof certification, which is strong enough to meet NIJ III and IIIA bulletproof standards. The material meets industry standards for protecting light weapons, including 9mm and 0.44 Magnum bullets within 16 feet, and 7.62mm bullets within 50 feet.
“ExoProtect is an excellent step in protecting people and equipment in fragile situations. In my experience, performance is usually compromised for safety. ExoProtect solves this problem with a more powerful and lighter solution,” Say.
